Job Title: Sales Representative, Full-time / Part-time

Location: South Florida

Description: We are looking for independent Sales Reps (Product Specialists) to grow our revenue and profitability through direct sales to homeowners. Using innovative technology for effective lead management and quoting, the Product Specialist will design comprehensive Impact Window & Door quotes and work the sales cycle including prospecting, cultivating relationships, conducting in-home presentations, closing sales, and follow-up with all prospects.

The Opportunity

While all sales/marketing costs to generate leads will be performed by the back office; Product Specialists are still expected to self-generate leads through referrals and networking. Appointments will be assigned to the Product Specialist provided minimum expectations are met. Wright’s has a very aggressive commission structure and a high volume of inbound leads.

Candidates with prior impact window or in-home sales experience are preferred, however, we welcome inexperienced candidates with a high aptitude for sales and the desire to make six figures in their first year.

Required skills/qualifications: Clearly reads, writes, speaks and understands ENGLISH. Has a clearly defined sales process, or is able to learn and master one. Must possess some general construction and/or product knowledge. General experience using Microsoft Excel, Sales Force, or internal CRM software. Experience using mobile apps and iPad. Minimum of 3 years of face-to-face sales and lead management. Reliable transportation and current driver’s license. OK working as a subcontractor as 1099. Ethical, transparent, and honest. Job Title: Marketing Assistant, Part-time

Location: Tavernier, Florida

Description: The Marketing Assistant will assist the Sales & Marketing teams in lead generation strategies. This is NOT an office job, you will be outside and in the community daily.

Specific responsibilities include: Flyer distribution & canvassing, Set up marketing tents/booths, Sign holding. Applicants should be energetic, with a positive attitude and outgoing personality. Although no specific product knowledge is required, the Marketing Assistant will be interacting with potential customers at events and while canvassing.

After thirty days, the Marketing Assistant is eligible for a monetary bonus for each appointment scheduled with a potential customer. The schedule starts at 20 hours per week with the potential for full time based on performance. Shift scheduling is flexible, however, it will be based on the local needs of the business.

Required skills/qualifications: Positive attitude, energetic, Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED, A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

Job Title: Field Canvasser, Full-time / Part-time

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Description: Wright’s Impact Window & Door is seeking a Field Canvasser (Lead Specialist) to join our Lead Generation Team. Lead Specialists are tasked with acquiring appointments with qualified leads through traditional guerilla marketing at the direction of the Team Leader. The Team Leader coordinates efforts by selecting communities, events, and other sites for targeted marketing or canvassing. Lead Specialists approach homes with custom print material with the goal of distributing material and booking three (3) appointments per shift. Lead Specialists leave material on doors, knock (where allowed by law), and approach homeowners present in the community.


  • 3 Leads (Appointments booked) per day.
  • All leads are booked through the Scheduling Department
  • Once an appointment is booked, or lead is acquired, the process is handed off and no further contact is made.
  • Once an appointment is completed by a Product Specialist, regardless of outcome, this is considered an “Issued Appointment” and is eligible for bonus.

Required skills/qualifications: Excellent phone etiquette and ability to speak professionally to customers. Positive attitude & energetic.
