Like most industries, various external factors have impacted our overall production. Our manufacturers, HOA board members, building departments, as well as our company, have a commitment to protecting our team members, as well as you the customer. We have implemented extensive safety precautions to safeguard our family members, and these steps also contributed to reduced production capacity.

With these factors, it is a possibility that the overall lead time could be extended. You have our commitment that we are working tirelessly to move your project throughout the process as quickly as possible.

The market is currently presenting incredible demand, and we want you to know that our team is actively pursuing new solutions that will allow us to decrease our overall lead time from contract to installation.

Update  5/21/20

Following CDC and public health authorities’ guidance

Our teams are operating as usual, and we understand the concerns you may have about sales appointments or installations. At the same time, we are taking action to protect the health of our customers & team members. To that end, we are taking extra precautions with any in-person interactions, including:

SALES REPRESENTATIVES

  • Limiting contact, including handshakes, and practicing social distancing at 6ft as per CDC recommendations.  
  • All team members will be carrying hand sanitizer, masks, shoe covers, protective eyewear, and wearing gloves.
  • Our representatives will be happy to remain outside your property to discuss your home protection if requested.

INSTALLATION TEAMS

  • Limiting contact, including handshakes, and practicing social distancing at 6ft as per CDC recommendations.  
  • We are distributing personal protection equipment to all field personnel.

Wrights Impact Window & Door is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our customers to do the same. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19/Corona Virus outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees and customers.

Open for business

We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel. We’ve reinforced the existing Wrights policy encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional. We’ve limited business travel and urged employees to use technology to hold meetings and conferences whenever possible. We have rolled out measures in line with CDC guidelines for our installers and sales team. We take the safety of our employees and customers very seriously.
