Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to do to prepare for my installation date?

  • We kindly ask that you take down any window treatments. It’s important to note that we cannot be held responsible for the removal of any shutters, shades, or blinds, unless they were specifically included in the contract. Our team takes pride in protecting your home by covering all surfaces. However, we suggest moving any furniture or valuable possessions at least 3 feet away from the windows. Furthermore, if you have a home security alarm system, we recommend contacting them beforehand so they can give you proper instructions.

Why do they need to cover my furniture?

  • While our teams prioritize safety and quality when working inside homes, it is important to note that these areas are considered active construction sites. This means that there may be some associated noise and dust due to ongoing work.

Can my project manager assist me with moving my heavy furniture away from the openings?

  • Unfortunately, Wright’s is not responsible for this task unless it is explicitly stated in the contract or following change orders.
